The online booking system is simple yet powerful. We built our online reservation system to function based on how college students plan, pay and manage their vacations. Below you’ll find the basics on how to book your trip. We’ve added visuals, tips and frequent scenarios other students encounter when planning ski/board trips. We know you read a lot in college so if you don’t want to bother with the details, just give us a call at 1-800-848-9545 and will help you plan and book your trip.
Step #1
1.A- Choose from over 100 different pre-packaged trips. You can also create a Custom Trip.
1.B- Click the button.
Step #2
Fill out the online reservation form.

| *Important - Only 1-person in your unit makes the initial reservation. 1-person reserves your lodging unit by filling out the online reservation form. This person we call the “Group Contact Holding the unit.” |

Add in the names and email addresses of the other people in your unit. If you are not sure of their name or email address just leave it blank.
Tip: You can change/edit the names and email addresses of the people in your unit in your main account after you have booked the unit.
Tip: You can change the “# of people in your unit” after you have booked the trip. You can always add people to the unit later, which will lower your cost per person. |

Student Scenario: Say you and your friends want to book a 2-bedroom condo for six people but two people can't pay their deposit payment right now. Only four people can pay right now. You don't have to wait for the other two people to get their money. You can book now with 4 people then add the other two people to your unit later, after you have made the reservation.
Tip: Select the # of people in your unit as 4 people. Yes, the rate will be higher but you can add the other two people to your unit later after you have booked the trip. In your main account we have a feature that enables you to “Add new people” to your unit. (You can also delete people.) You can add people up to the maximum occupancy that the unit will hold up to the Final payment due date (when the balance of your trip is due.) When you add the other two people later, say 2-weeks after you have made the original reservation, the price of your trip will now be lower since you'll have six people in your unit and not four people.
Did you know? When you make a deposit, you guarantee that days rates, so if you add people or delete people after the original booking you'll still get the rates for that day, no worries of the rates increasing. This is why you should book early. We do raise rates, as we get closer to the actual trip dates.
Step #3
Fill out the online reservation payment form.
Submit your payment and reservation.

Tip: Our system enables you to always pay for yourself and to pay for other people in your unit.
*Important - You must pay a deposit payment for each “# of people in the unit” within 48-hours of submitting the reservation.
Tip: If everyone in your unit can't pay within 48-hours, then book for a lower occupancy and add the other people to your unit later, this way you at least guarantee to reserve a unit.
Our system emails a Login ID and group Password to everyone in the unit. This enables your friends to login individually and pay their own money. YES! No more fronting $$$ for your buddy who never pays back on time.

Note* Each person in your unit will receive a Login ID and Password via email. After you receive your login ID and Password everyone in your unit can Login to your main account.

How do I view our Reservation?

- Reservation details
-time and date unit reserved and booked.
-all reservation info posted in upper right corner of your main account.
- Customer Support board - use this to send questions concerning your trip to our reservation staff.
- News - updates concerning your trip.
- Travel Services - Buy air fare, car rental, and transfers.
- Rentals - pricing and details for car rentals. |

How do we add a person to our unit?

Main Account :
* Add New Person to your unit.
-you can add people after you have booked the trip.
-enter their name and email address and they will be added to the reservation like below.
-The last day to add people is posted. |

Main Account :
* Payments -here you can view deposit payments made, and payments due.
-Click on your name to make a payment, sign the reservation agreement, edit your contact information and print out a receipt.
-You can also delete people from your unit.
- Final payments due date is posted.

Once all your payments are paid in full all the driving directions, check-in times, lift ticket pick-up information are posted in your main account. There is also a Trip Ticket that you can print out and take with you to use at check-in. These details are located in your “Travel Documents” link in your main account. These do not get posted to your account until everyone in your unit is paid in full.
