Reservation Contract: By selecting and agreeing to this electronic reservation contract, I hereby verify and accept the conditions and terms of this reservation contract.
By placing payment for myself, my friends, and or my family members, I realize that all deposit payments of ( $100, or $150) are non-refundable and that all final payments made adhere to the CollegeSkiTrips.com payment and cancellation policy below. I hereby agree to waive all credit card charge back rights.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing to CollegeSkiTrips.com 1180 Chestershire Place Pottstown Pa 19465. Cancellations 60 days prior to departure will be refunded all payments minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations received less than 59 days before departure will result in loss of all payments.
A refundable damage deposit of $50-$100 per person may be required when you check-in at the lodging facility depending on the destination and lodging selection. The damage deposit will be returned by the lodging facility after checkout or sent to you via mail if no damage is done to your lodging unit. Please call for damage deposit amounts or if you have any questions.
I being the participant, in consideration of my attendance, agree to release CollegeSkiTrips.com dba Bat & Amy LLC, Inc. including Snow Sports Travel its officers and employees from any and all liability by reason of any injury, or damage to any person or property while traveling to, attending, or while skiing and or snowboarding at the trip. I understand that there are inherent and other risks involved in skiing and snowboarding and that injuries can result. CollegeSkitrips.com acts solely as the participant’s agent for lodging, skiing, snowboarding, activities, events, and parties, included in the package. CollegeSkiTrips.com is not responsible for the participants travel arrangements. We do not guarantee snow or that ski trails and lifts will be open. We do not guarantee weather conditions. CollegeSkiTrips.com expressly reserves the right to cancel, or make any changes in the package including accommodations, skiing, snowboarding or price. CollegeSkitrips.com reserves the right to dismiss any participant from the trip with just cause without a refund. Any participant, who damages property to the lodging facilities, will be responsible for all damages.
All student representatives listed on this brochure are independent contractors. CollegeSkitrips.com will not be held liable for their actions.
