The ski resort is located 10 miles across the U.S./Canada eastern border, approximately 1-hour North of Burlington, Vermont. Sutton is the #1 value in the East.
The mountain has 53 trails and glades (tree skiing),a Skill zone/Terrain Park for slope-side and freestyle jibbers. 21?diamonds, 9 lifts, and one of the highest verticals in Canada. Sutton receives over 200 inches of natural snow per year.
There is condominium lodging with kitchen, fireplace and some units with saunas. Walk to the lifts and happy hour every day right from the condos. Mt. Side studios and hotel room lodging are ? mile drive to the lifts, with free shuttle bus available in the mornings.
Mont Sutton is known for its excellent terrain and glade skiing (tree skiing). The mountain has over 23 glades for both the intermediate and expert. There is nothing like swooshing through feather light snow.

Enjoy Apres ski (happy hour) daily at the bar after skiing/boarding. A PIG ROAST is featured every Thursday night during ski season for only $11.00 person.
The facility is less than a 1-minute drive to the lifts. There is a shuttle bus to the slopes during the Big Event January 2-7, 2006 and on the weekends.
